  2. How we judge

How we decide who you can trust with your account

Every provider is put through the same four questions, scored on five numbers and resolved to one verdict. Below are the actual rules and thresholds the site runs on, and the engine applied live to this month's top-ranked provider.

59 providers 178 products priced 25 games

Four questions, always in this order

A provider that fails the first question doesn't get a fair hearing on the other three. A scam with cheap prices is still a scam.

  1. 1

    Is it a real shop?

We research every vendor and give it one of three tiers: Operating, Unverified or Flagged scam. Domain age, whether it builds its own software, a catalogue we can verify and corroborating reviews then move the Trust score inside that tier.

    Feeds Trust

  2. 2

    Are players getting banned?

Players file ban reports with proof of purchase. Three reports inside any one hour (verified or awaiting moderation) trips an automatic flag. A vendor's own "undetected" label is shown as its claim: it never counts as evidence and never improves a verdict.

    Feeds Ban risk, Stability

  3. 3

    What does it really cost?

Prices are compared as the monthly cost of continuous access: the cheapest way to hold 30 days with the vendor's own tiers. We use the catalogue we transcribed first, and the provider's listed headline price only where we have no catalogue. That cost is then weighed against how many games and features it covers.

    Feeds Value

  4. 4

    What do buyers say?

Moderated player reviews, with verified purchases marked. The average is adjusted for sample size so a single five-star review can never outrank fifty good ones.

    Feeds Community

Five scores, each out of 100

Each score answers one plain question. When we don't have the signal, the score stays blank and says so. We never fill a gap with a neutral 50.

Trust

Higher is better
  • Starts from the tier: Operating 68, Unverified 38, Flagged scam 8.
  • Up to +12 for domain age, scaling to the maximum at 8 years.
  • +6 if the provider builds and sells its own software (in-house).
  • Up to +10 when at least 3 reviews average 3.5★ or better, scaling to the maximum at 20 reviews.
  • +6 for a catalogue we could verify, −4 while the catalogue is still pending.
  • A Flagged scam is capped at 15 and always reads Avoid, whatever else is true.
  • Avoid 0–29
  • Weak 30–49
  • Mixed 50–74
  • Strong 75–100

Always scored: every provider has a tier.

Value

Higher is better
  • Price means the monthly cost of continuous access: the cheapest way to cover 30 days with one product's own tiers, such as five one-week keys or one month key, whichever costs less.
  • The price comes from the catalogue we transcribed. Only where there is none do we use the provider's listed headline price, and only if it is stated per month. Scraped "from" figures (trials, free tiers, hardware) are never used.
  • Products the vendor marks "updating" are left out of the price while others are live.
  • Ranked against every other provider with a comparable price: 50% monthly cost (cheaper ranks higher), 30% games covered, 20% distinct features.
  • Features are capabilities of the software. Account sales, subscriptions, boosting, cleaners, support, Discord access and coaching are not counted.
  • Euros and pounds are converted at a fixed approximate rate only to rank. The price you see is always the vendor's own, with its duration.
  • Thin 0–44
  • Fair 45–69
  • Great 70–100

Not scored without a comparable monthly price or any games on record, and never for a Flagged scam: a scam's price is not value at any level.

Ban risk

Lower is better
  • Starts from the detection status: no spike 20, elevated 55, flagged 88.
  • Up to +8 for the number of reports in the last 7 days, reaching the maximum at 8.
  • Multiplied by 0.7 once the latest report is older than 7 days, so an old spike cools off.
  • With no ban reports, unverified forum chatter can lift risk to Watch at most. Only ban reports can make it High.
  • Low 0–25
  • Watch 26–55
  • High 56–100

Not scored while there are no ban reports and no forum ban chatter. No reports means unknown, not safe.

Community

Higher is better
  • The average rating is blended with the site-wide average as if it had 6 extra reviews, so thin samples are pulled towards the middle.
  • That blended rating is scaled to 100, plus up to 5 points for the share of verified purchases.
  • Forum sentiment can nudge it by up to 8 points either way. With no reviews but at least 3 forum posts, a low-confidence read from forum sentiment is shown and marked unverified.
  • Poor 0–44
  • Mixed 45–64
  • Liked 65–79
  • Loved 80–100

Not scored until the first approved review, or enough forum posts to read.

Stability

Higher is better
  • The average of whichever of these we have: time trading, counted once a provider has traded for at least a year (full marks at 8 years), and its ban history (each report on record takes away a twelfth).
  • A vendor's own "undetected" or "updating" labels never count. They are claims, not evidence.
  • Unproven 0–44
  • Steady 45–69
  • Proven 70–100

Not scored for a shop trading under a year with no ban reports, or with no registration date on record.

The overall score is a weighted blend

Trust and safety carry the most weight, because they decide whether you keep your money and your account. Price matters less than either. Each provider's overall score is the weighted average of the scores it actually has.

A score with no data is left out and the remaining weights are scaled back up to 100%, so a provider without reviews is neither rewarded nor punished for the silence. A Flagged scam is capped at 15 overall, regardless of price or features.

When there isn't enough to rank

An overall built on fewer than two scores, or for a shop with no games we can see, is provisional. It shows as Not enough data and stays out of every ranked list. Flagged scams are never ranked either.

How rank moves are reported

Each month the ranking is saved alongside the scores and the method version it was built on. A provider's move is measured only against the most recent earlier month on the same method, so a change to how we score is never shown as a provider rising or falling. Where a move is explained, it is by that provider's own overall score then and now, never by a stock phrase. The history restarted with the current method, so for now every ranked provider shows as new.

Then a straight answer: would we use it?

The rules are checked top to bottom and the first one that matches decides the answer. The written verdict on every provider page follows from it.

IfAnswerVerdict shown
The provider is a Flagged scam No Avoid
Trust is Avoid, or the overall score is under 35 No Not our pick
Ban risk is High, or the detection outlook is Avoid (3 or more reports inside an hour) Only if you understand the risks Worth it for the right buyer
The storefront is Unverified Only if you understand the risks Unverified: treat with caution
Too little evidence to rank: fewer than 2 scores, or no games on record Only if you understand the risks Not enough evidence to rank
The detection outlook is Concerning. The outlook caps the answer: it is never Yes while the outlook is Concerning or Avoid Only if you understand the risks Worth it for the right buyer
Overall 75 or more (Strong pick), Trust Strong, and Ban risk Low or not yet scored Yes Recommended
Overall 55 or more (Worth a look) Only if you understand the risks Worth it for the right buyer
Anything else No Not our pick

The headline follows the provider, not just the row. Every Unverified provider reads Unverified: treat with caution and every provisional one reads Not enough evidence to rank, whichever rule set the answer. The Yes threshold is the same 75 that earns the Strong pick badge, so a verdict never reads stronger than the score printed beside it.

Ban reports, not "undetected" badges

Every vendor says it's undetected. The label rarely changes when an anti-cheat update lands, so we treat detection like an uptime monitor run by the players using the software.

  1. 1

    A player reports a ban

Each report needs proof of purchase: an order ID, a receipt date or the store email. Reports a moderator rejects are dropped from the signal; every other report counts from the moment it is filed, whether a moderator has verified it yet or it is still awaiting moderation.

  2. 2

We count reports in a rolling hour

One ban can be bad luck. A cluster is a pattern. For every provider we find the busiest one-hour window among reports from the last 7 days.

  3. 3

Three reports inside an hour trip the flag

Three reports inside one hour (verified or awaiting moderation) change the provider's status to Users reporting bans. May be detected on the next build. No one decides it by hand. Two or more reports in 7 days, below the spike line, shows as Elevated ban reports.

  4. 4

    It clears itself

Once the reports age past 7 days, the flag lifts automatically. The history stays on the provider's page as a chart.

Detection outlook, in plain words

Excellent
Reports on record, no current spike, and Stability is Proven.
Good
Reports on record, no current spike.
Concerning
Two or more reports in the last 7 days, below the spike line. Or no reports, and a quarter or more of the vendor's live products are marked "updating", which usually means it is patching after a detection.
Avoid
Flagged: 3 or more reports inside an hour in the last 7 days.
Unconfirmed
No ban reports yet. A vendor marking its products "undetected" doesn't change that: it is the vendor's claim, and silence is not safety.

Vendor labels can only count against a provider: "updating" can lower the outlook, "undetected" never raises it. If players report bans on the forum while the outlook reads Excellent or Good, the provider page says so next to it.

No ban reports are on record yet, so every provider's ban risk is unscored and no one is flagged. Reports open soon: we're not taking submissions online yet.

4 The verdict a buyer sees

Recommended

Battlelog is one of the stronger options we track, with an established, verifiable storefront and pricing that undercuts most of the field. Little here gives us pause. Recommended for users in it for the long haul.

Would we use it?

Yes, on the evidence so far

A trustworthy storefront that holds up on every number we can check. No ban reports on record yet, so detection is unproven rather than clean.

Detection outlook

Unconfirmed

No ban reports on record yet, and the vendor marks 22 of 26 products undetected. That is the vendor's claim, not evidence: detection is unproven until buyers report.

  • 0 ban reports on record
  • 0 in the last 7 days
  • peak 0/hour
  • no reports filed
  • 22/26 products vendor-marked undetected

How reviews stay honest

  • Every review is moderated before it appears. Only approved reviews are published or counted.
  • Approved reviews appear on the provider's page and on the reviews page, with the reviewer's chosen name and whether the purchase was verified.
  • We never write, buy or edit reviews. Scores are never for sale.

What we won't do

  • Rank a provider because it paid. Promotion, when it exists, is labelled and kept out of every score.
  • Call a provider safe because nobody has reported it yet.
  • Sell, host or endorse cheats. Using them breaks most games' terms of service and can get your account banned.
